You must bring along your Passport and ticket confirmation slip sent by Faith & D Entertainment to collect the tickets. Your passport details will be checked against the transaction record at Faith & D Entertainment. There will be strictly no issuance of tickets if there is discrepancy between your passport details and the transaction record.
COLLECTION OF CAT 2 and CAT 3 TICKETS (Purchase through SISTIC)
Collection of tickets should be done over at the SISTIC Booth located island-wide.
Festive Grand Theatre DO NOT have a SISTIC Booth. You can collect your tickets at Vivocity.
