Together with China, Japan, USA, Thailand, Turkey, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines and LatinAiren (Argentina, Mexico, Ecuador, Peru) and Korea, we have together prepared the meal event for 2013 Lee Seung Gi Hope Concert in Seoul.

LSGKWA intended to proceed with meal event (dinner) on the 29 Nov for Seung Gi and his crews during their rehearsal as well as another catering on 30 Nov for Seung Gi and his crews in his waiting room. However, 3 days prior to the event, we were being contacted and informed by one of the sponsor to cancel the catering for 30 Nov.

We have prepared the main dish, abalone ginseng chicken soup and abalone beef short ribs soup with fresh abalone bought from Wando during dawn of the same day.
Even if you have not tried beef short ribs soup and ginseng chicken soup before, everyone should know that the soup alone is not a complete meal without side dishes. Hence, we prepared generous amount and variety of side dishes too.
We also have prepared Jeong Gwan Jang red ginseng drink and Market O brownie for desserts~

For his final rehearsal, we gave a warm and reassuring meal to eat, hoping that he will do well for his performance and that he will know our hearts, as well as coffee, orange, brownie etc. and desserts for them to share and eat while chatting.
We also prepared a whole bunch of pocket-sized desserts for everyone^^

Japanese cookies were sponsored by LSG Japan and pocket-sized packets of nuts were sponsored by Blue-nim.
Just like the midnight snack support, this time round we decorated the snacks with a christmas atmosphere and feel too~!
Blue-nim has personally wrapped and packed the dried persimmons and nuts nicely!
Thanks to Mimi girl-nim for cutting and pasting the stickers for the red ginseng drink..it must have been tiring for your fingers!

Cleaning of dining area, setting up of banners, cutting and pasting stickers on various beverages, transportation of lunch boxes and snacks etc..
Thank you China staff, Thailand staff and Singapore staff for all your hard work and working together through the cold weather that day. Everyone hands were freezing cold and it was nice to see them cheering for one and another and warming each other hands.
Because the meal time was delayed, the duration of the meal session took place very long and everything ended late, I am not sure if all of you managed to return safely to watch the first episode of Noona Over Flowers...

Lastly, Worlden donated a total amount of 8.000.000won of winter clothing to the needy.
Korea together with World, Japan, Singapore, USA, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, Turkey, Latin Airen and also together with world's new family member China, have donated 8.000.000won of winter clothing and sent our love to them.

We will notify all of you on the donation progress again once they receive the delivery from the agency or fanclub.

Not an exaggeration to say that the biggest event of the year is Seoul Concert!

Lee Seung Gi Hope Concert 2013 in Seoul (Meal events for Concert Practice)

Together Lee Seung Gi Korea with World Airen, we have prepared in total 2 rounds of midnight snacks on 19 Nov and 20 Nov to support our star who had been practising hard at late night and sweating out ahead of the Seoul concert, as well as for the crews who have helped our star to make the stage performance even more wonderful.

World Airen countries, USA, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Turkey, Philippines, Latin, Indonesia who have always prepared for big and small events and support together have participated in this and LSG China Airen has also participated^^

From concert rehearsal midnight snack support to the concert meal support and to the donation support, these are jointly prepared by China, USA, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Turkey, Philippines, Latin, Indonesia and Korea~!

In order to take care of his throat and body/health amidst his hectic schedule during year end, we have specially made and added pear and bellflower dates into citron tea and put it together with his meal.
Because we are concerned about Seung Gi who pays a lot of attention to body/health management, we have prepared prawns, seafood salad and fruits for him.

To avoid too oily or fried dishes in the menu for midnight snack, a suitable quantity and nutritional food have been chosen~!

Boiled pork that Koreans cannot leave out for midnight snack! It consists of pickled radish and vegetables too. Seafood pancake and cold dish..because there are boiled pork and seafood pancake too so we only put in one rice ball made with anchovies and nuts. We have prepared the meal with christmas mood~^^





The amount of food was more for the second day than the first day because we have suddenly prepared two grilled chicken for Seung Gi and the crew to share~!

Because our Chef is also a fan of Seung Gi, she paid lots of attention even to small details and the meals was also decorated beautifully with flowers, just like a picnic lunch with boyfriend. Other than visible details, I think our Chef has also paid lots of attention to the taste and nutrition of the food too~ Thank you Chef^^

LSGKWA event team Blue-nim, as though she is going to confess to Seung Gi, has handcrafted and brought along 30 over rose corsage and beautifully decorated the boxes^^

Although the temperature has suddenly dropped and became very cold while setting up the food at rehearsal venue, staff who have helped in delivering the food were more concerned about the food than their own body..
To Blue-nim, Mimi girl-nim and Mandu-nim who have been staying up late, thank you for all your hard work.

Our star have penetrated and stayed in our hearts like this~!
"Because of fans who have carefully prepared meals, I have eaten well and it has given me strength to come this far!"
He said this during the concert and conveyed his gratitude~ his heart is always warmth and grateful~hehe

Question: I did not print my ticket confirmation slip. What should I do? / I am very forgetful. I am worried that I will forget to bring the payment confirmation email.

(6) Delivering Warmth and Love - Just like Seung Gi, Airen is always trying to find ways to help the communities and make the world a better place. Instead of doing rice/rameyeon wreath this year, Hook and Seung Gi suggested we can actually help needy families to pull through tough and cold winter, by purchasing and delivering winter clothing to them. Winter in Korea starts earlier and earlier each year, during this period of time, temperature goes below 0 at night. While everyone may be still sleeping, these families would have get up early to start working or perhaps work through the night. We would like to deliver warmth and show our love to these families in Korea during this cold season. Good winter clothing are usually expensive and it is costly for families who are not well off to own them, especially if the family have many family members at home. Let us do our best to keep everyone in the family warm.

The contents of support event may be subjected to change, depending on the amount of funds raised~

We know many Singapore Airen has been anxiously waiting for news! So here we are~

Last year, we have helped more than 40 Singapore Airens on a Seoul trip for Lee Seung Gi Hope Concert 2012. We also had an after concert party where we celebrated and have fun with Korea and Airens around the world. We will be doing the same for this year. As the pre-booking sales is starting soon, we will need to know the CONFIRMED number of tickets we need to purchase and forward you the payment details by this week. Please note the following:

(1) Ticket Price will be converted from Korean Won to Singapore Dollar.
(2) Mode of Payment: Bank Transfer, Paypal and Western Union.
(3) 1 person can purchase up to 4 tickets per concert day. Example: 4 ticket (Sat) 4 tickets (Sun)
(4) Seats are allocated randomly
(5) No Cancellation of ticket once form is submitted as purchase will be processed.
(6) Lee Seung Gi Singapore is not responsible for bad seating or cancellation/re-modification of the event organised by the organiser.
(7) Collection of the tickets will be at the venue on the day of event. Location and time of collection will be communicated via email.

We noted that there are Singapore Airens who will be travelling alone, please fill out the form too. LSGSG would be glad to share contacts with you on who you can travel together with, based on your flight and accommodation details.

For Airen5 (Official Fanclub Members) - Please check Airen Zone, Airen Notice. Read the instructions about creating and verifying an account with Interpark. You are able to purchase your tickets through Interpark on 22 October, 7pm (Singapore Time) for saturday concert and 7.30pm (Singapore Time) for sunday concert. However, please take note that the tickets will be gone quickly. We understand the difficulties and anxiety in purchasing ticketing through Interpark, if you do not wish to go through this process, please fill up the form, we will purchase the tickets for you. :)

For Non-Airen5 (Non-Official Fanclub Members)
You may wish to purchase your ticket on your own during the public sale (starting 23 October, 3pm - Singapore Time) - http://ticket.interpark.com/Global/Index.asp (You will need to create an account in order to purchase tickets. However, please take note that official fanclub members will have advantage to enter the site on 22 October to purchase the tickets first, thus, the seats will be what has left after the pre-booking on 22 Oct).
