Purchase Restriction: Maximum of 2 tickets per person

(1) Premium ticket sale is while stocks last.
(2) Each person is only allowed to purchase a maximum of 2 Premium tickets. This means that when you make a transaction with 2 ticket purchase under your name, you can no longer purchase any additional Premium ticket. If you make another transaction to purchase 1 or more Premium ticket, your purchase is invalid.
(3) For invalid purchase, we will refund the money to buyer upon deducting all relevant transaction charges incur for the refund .
IMPORTANT NOTES
* Tickets are specially designed and printed with picture of Lee Seung Gi
* Tickets purchased are not refundable
* Tickets cannot be re-issued if tickets are lost or damaged
* Choosing of seat is not allowed. Seat(s) will be allocated on a “First Come First Served” policy at the indicated area on the seating plan. This means that the Management will decide and allocate the “best seat(s)” according to the seats available upon the completion of ticket purchase by you
COLLECTION OF TICKETS
Tickets are to be collected on the event date

Venue: Entrance of Festive Grand™ Theatre, Resorts World Sentosa
You must bring along your NRIC/Passport and ticket confirmation slip sent by Faith & D Entertainment to collect the tickets. Your passport details will be checked against the transaction record at Faith & D Entertainment. There will be strictly no issuance of tickets if there is discrepancy between your passport details and the transaction record.
